Last night, the AB gang trooped over to Saffron Restaurant for our annual sungkai ritual which we’ve been observing for the past few years. To keep things interesting, every year, the concept is slightly different but the one thing that is constant is the quality of the food, the relaxed ambience, and the attentive service staff. As expected, the family and I thoroughly enjoyed our iftar and left with a smile on our faces.

The buffet spread, is nice and small with just the right amount of dishes
that you get to try everything without overwhelming your system.

An accidental hit… Mango Pav! Usually its topped with strawberries,
but since there were no strawberries, they put mango on top. Delish!

How I wish we had one of these when I was in uni and living in a house with a bunch of mates. It’d have made it so much easier to settle quite a few heated VB fueled discussions I can tell ya!
