Italian Iftar at Villa Mauri Posted on 01/08/2012 By Reedz As with previous years, Villa Mauri is offering an all you can eat buffet where you can order as many dishes from the main course menu which consists of Beef Medallion served in rosemary and garlic sauce, Lamb chop served with black pepper sauce, chicken served with mushroom sauce, and fish fillet with spicy tomato, various pastas and pizzas are also available. This year as an addition, Chef Michele has added an anti-pasti table stocked with various starters like carpacio, gnocchi, egg plant rolls, bruschetta and springrolls. Villa Mauri is located away from the hustle and bustle of Gadong and Kiulap, but even then it gets pretty crowded so reservations are encouraged at 2335585.
