KEIBUBAPAAN Posted on 17/01/200915/06/2015 By Reedz While waiting to see the doctor in one of the clinics at RIPAS today, I noticed a poster on the wall which read as follows: Menjadi ibubapa memang sukar, tetapi kita harus berusaha dalam menjaga anak-anak dengan sempurna. Kasihi anak awda tanpa syarat. Galakkan soalan. Tunjukkan kesediaan awda untuk berbincang tentang apa-apa sahaja. Sedari kemahiran awda sendiri menyelesaikan dan mengatasi masalah. Adakah awda seorang contoh yang baik? In my eyes, this is a list of key performance indicators (KPI’s) for parents. I think those of you who are parents will understand when I say it got me thinking and re-examining my performance as a parent. “Am I consistently achieving these KPI’s? If not, why? and what are the gaps? and what needs to be done to plug those gaps?” Share this:Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window)Click to share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window)Click to share on Telegram (Opens in new window)Click to share on WhatsApp (Opens in new window)Click to share on Reddit (Opens in new window) Related
