KEIBUBAPAAN

Posted on 17/01/200915/06/2015 By Reedz

While waiting to see the doctor in one of the clinics at RIPAS today, I noticed a poster on the wall which read as follows:

  • Kasihi anak awda tanpa syarat.
Galakkan soalan. Tunjukkan kesediaan awda untuk berbincang tentang apa-apa sahaja.

Sedari kemahiran awda sendiri menyelesaikan dan mengatasi masalah. Adakah awda seorang contoh yang baik?

In my eyes, this is a list of key performance indicators (KPI’s) for parents. I think those of you who are parents will understand when I say it got me thinking and re-examining my performance as a parent. “Am I consistently achieving these KPI’s? If not, why? and what are the gaps? and what needs to be done to plug those gaps?”

Two nights ago, I had the pleasure of joining da gangsta and CL for sungkai at this new joint called Sri Patik Brasserie. I was not sure what to expect and thus was pleasantly surprised to find a rather well decked out restaurant serving very decent food indeed! Sri Patik…
