Sushi’ing at Regent Square Kiulap

Posted on 13/05/200930/01/2020 By Reedz

Lindsay Fox talk at Central Lecture Theatre, Room 1.17 4pm, Thursday, 14th May 2009. He is such a charismatic speaker with a great sense of humour. Now that’s a rarity coming from a billionaire. Highly recommended by RA.

Excapade has just opened their 6th outlet at Regent Square this week. Fellow foodies Maurina, Liza, Marul, Nonnie, and Da Gangsta descended on the place to give it a whirl! It did not disappoint!

From Brunei Times:

EATING in Brunei Darussalam does not get any more exotic than Japanese cuisine. Welcome to Excapade Sushi, the first Japanese restaurant with a sushi train where dishes are placed on a conveyer belt that goes around the counter.

Its popularity is obvious as it is the only Japanese restaurant with the largest number of branches. There is even one in Seria in the Belait district so residents there (and in the neighbouring Malaysian town of Miri) no longer have to travel down to Bandar Seri Begawan for their sushi fix.

Sunday morning Qigong @ Tasek Lama

It seems all the 100 seats for the BlogItUp@UBD session on Saturday where da gangsta, Mr Kurapak, and myself are scheduled to speak, have been taken! I hope the organizers will be able to organize a bigger venue so that we can accomodate a larger crowd. The more the merrier!…
