Bentornato Maurizio!

Posted on 06/08/2008 By Reedz

Thanks to CL’s mouthwatering post, I headed over to Maurizio’s spiffy new pad for lunch yesterday. It was great to catch up with Maurizio who was in KK for the last couple of years, running his Bella Italia eatery. I get the feeling Villa Mauri is gonna be a hit among the local foodie population, especially with the good-value lunch and dinner set menus, which makes a good Italian meal quite affordable.

Oh, and if you fancy something non-italian, then you might wanna try Villa Mauri’s Asian Favourites!

VINA! More or less…

Posted on 15/01/200815/01/2008

Yesterday’s launching of the new Toyota Corolla (a handsome car I must say) was made memorable by performances by the stars of IKON Asean, Dina, Astrid, and Vina, together with our local star, ZulF. What a morning of sheer entertainement! The audience was enthralled by the performances, especially by the…

Thank you to you and CL for recommending this place. Villa Mauri got my thumbs up and highly recommended for the good food and ambience. Also Chef Mauri is there himself entertaining the customers. The Business set lunch for $11 is a ‘steal’ whereby you go to choose a soup or salad and pizza or pasta. The Pizza is thinly crusted and to die for..hahahaa. WiIl definitely come back. Thanks again!!
