This year’s theme for HSBC’s Media Appreciation Night is RETRO, and this includes mod, disco, flower power, and funky pop. I chose to go as a hippie and just as well cos I blended in well with quite a number of other media folks who chose to turn up in hippie gear as well!
The night began with a welcoming speech by Vincent Ho, CEO of HSBC Brunei. And then, the festivities began! The organising team put together some pretty awesome games for us including one where we had to sketch a monster with characters from the 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s, then create a prototype of it using PlayDoh, and finally dress up one of the team members as the monster!
All in all a tiring but enjoyable evening among friends! Thank you HSBC Brunei for the invite and I look forward to the next one!
