In the tradition of Telbru’s annual ‘Let’s’ campaigns, the theme for this year is “Let’s Drive: Fun and Adventure Come Alive“. The Let’s Drive concept is based on a car-related theme with TelBru customers put to the test of the ultimate driving adventure across Brunei Darussalam. In teams of 2, racers will drive in search for series of clues and challenges in three districts – Brunei Muara, Tutong and Kuala Belait districts.

TelBru’s strategic partners for Let’s Drive are GHK Motors Sdn Bhd, Mitsubishi, and Brunei Tourism Board, Kenali Negara Kitani in support of local tourism.

In order to prepare the teams for the 24-hour race and uplift their enthusiasm towards the event, TelBru yesterday invited all racers to attend an official briefing at Dewan Amar Pahlawan, Ministry of Communications Building.

During the briefing, racers were briefed on the game flow, rules and regulations of the race by TelBru officials. Also presented during the briefing were information from Road and Safety Division, Land Transport Department on the road safety rules and Insurans Islam Taib to brief the racers on the optional insurance coverage for the race.

“TelBru is overwhelmed with the response from our valued customers as this is the first 24-hour race in Brunei Darussalam and we are excited to be able to organize this event for our customers. This campaign is one of our ways to show our appreciation towards them“, said by Mr. Lim Ming Soon, General Manager of TelBru Product Development, Marketing and Sales Division.

With a total of 446 teams, each team of 2 racers will flag off at 2.30 PM on Saturday, 27 November and finish at 2.30 PM on Sunday. The race will start and finish at the Indoor Stadium Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah, Berakas.

Apart from the race event, members of the public are also invited to the Indoor Stadium as they will be other side activities such as live local performances, GHK Motor show, Sin Hup Huat Meguair’s Activities, Games and Activities and Participating KNK Partners. All money from the registration fees and collected from games and activities will go towards charity bodies in the country.
