Raya’ing Up the Thames with the BSU – Part One Posted on 18/10/200906/02/2024 By Reedz Saturday afternoon was spent in the company of over 300 fellow Bruneian students from all over UK on board the Dixie Queen going up the river Thames. The Hari Raya gathering was superbly organized by the Brunei Students’ Union and sponsored by quite a number of organizations including the Brunei Students’ Unit (UPP), BLNG, Yayasan SHHB, Widewater Ltd, and surprisingly, The Rizqun International! The day started early at the train station… Enroute to London with the sounds of Nusrat Fateh Khan 😉 First group of Bruneians appeared just outside the Tube station And then came the torrent of Bruneians heheh This one is for da missus’ ex-colleague 🙂 This one’s for my buddy in NYC 😉 A time to meet old friends This one’s for my buddy at BAG Networks hehe! As promised Cikgu 😀 Makan time! Stay-tuned for Part Two!
