Yes a cyclone of change is underway in our national university and I’m very sure it’ll be for the better. Let’s hope everyone pulls in the same direction. Today’s talk on transforming UBD into a university of research and enterprise is a step in that same direction. It was delivered by Professor Dr Tong Chee Kiong, Chair of Graduate Studies at NUS and Founding Head of the Southeast Asia Studies Program at NUS.
