Tasek Lama Walkabout

Posted on 21/01/200822/01/2013 By Reedz

Pics taken at the tasek lama walkabout organized by the cardiac rehabilitation center together with the obesity clinic of RIPAS hospital. The walkabout began at 7.30am with a medical check up followed by a warming up exercise. The walk itself was three times around the moderate route which included up and down hill slopes. After each round, pulses were checked and we were told to either speed up or slow down. What a tiring but fun morning!
