While folks are enjoying the antipasti, dress the salad

Plate the linguini…

while getting the Pesci di basilico e di pomodoro (Fish with basil and tomato sauce) out of the oven

Gamberetti dell’aglio (Garlic prawns)

Funghi Saltati (Sauteed mushrooms)

Assemble the mains with the prawns…

… a nice dollop of pesto on the side to complete the dish…
