As part of its continuing efforts to further develop a full-fledged Anggerek Desa Technology Park, the Brunei Economic Development Board (BEDB) is embarking on the construction of another building in the area. Known as Phase 3 project, following the completion of Phases 1 and 2 namely the iCentre and Knowledge Hub buildings respectively, the new development involves the construction of an 8 storey office building and a multi-level car park.
