In light with this, from 25 August to 4 October 2009, Li Gong will be featuring weekly specials offering many wonderful Chinese cuisines; Hong Kong, Szechuan, Singapore fusion, Thai Style Chinese Food, Empire Li Gong Specialties, Singaporean fusion and Peking Style. Guests will be delighted with Li Gong’s newly improved and delicious authentic selections during this promotion. This week’s specials include delicious sautéed prawns crystal style, stewed ma po tofu with minced chicken in clay pot, stir-fried rice noodles ‘Hor Fun’ with bean sprouts, juicy pan-fried rack of Lamb in black pepper sauce, pan-fried beef tenderloin in Chinese style, sautéed shark’s fin with scramble Egg and Crab Meat and other varieties of style. Dishes will be served in portions. Li Gong is a Cantonese and Chinese cuisine restaurant, free standing pavilion set by a landscaped waterfall. This weekly special will be catered from 6:30pm to 10:30pm daily, except every Monday.
